Abstract: Zalando introduced “Radical Agility” to all their software-engineering teams. What are the conditions Zalando applied around that change? How did the transformation work? What had been insights, learnings, successes and failures on the path of transforming such a big entity in a short time? And how did an Agile Coaching team accompany that change? In this speech two Agile Coaches from Zalando sharing a very personal story about the transformation of Agile at such a big scale. Maybe there are some solutions, you might take as an inspiration and some failures you can avoid.
